This leadership model has greatly enhanced our ability to adapt to an ever changing landscape in the market place and to scale accordingly.
As designated by our Board, The "Office of President" is made up of four (4) key executives. Collectively these stakeholders are responsible for the direction of the company.
Clay Hill joined InterCool with 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur having owned, managed and sold multiple companies. He was the principal founder and CEO of Provision Data Service overseeing the corporate direction, strategy, business operations, sales, technical support, consulting and marketing functions.He has held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles with major data center outsourcing firms, and has advised companies around the globe on transforming their business.
Bob joined InterCool in February 2022 to provide strategic support to all aspects of InterCool’s operations. He brings nearly 30 years of industrial refrigeration experience, having held leadership positions at General Dynamics, Raytheon Engineering, RD&S, Stellar, and his own industrial refrigeration companies.Mr. Hepp earned multi-state Professional Engineer credentials and has a Bachelors’s & Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.Bob’s extensive experience business experience ranges from Sales to Engineering and Service to Construction. His focus at InterCool is on maintaining customer satisfaction, providing quality solutions, and upholding the highest safety standards.
Matt has over twenty-five (25) years of project experience. B.S. – Purdue University 1995 – Construction ManagementMr. Griffey has managed numerous cold storage projects from Ammonia to Freon, from cold storage warehousing to pharmaceutical chill rooms, there aren’t many projects he hasn’t seen. He is passionate about our customers and finding solutions for them.
InterCool USA, LLC is happy to welcome Roland Wieshofer to the team as our new CFO. Roland is a Senior business executive with over 30 years experience in public and private companies with 16 years at the CFO level. Roland Spearheaded the growth of multiple media, entertainment and Internet start-ups. Mr. Wieshofer negotiated and facilitated the sale of the strategic assets of an Internet company and has a proven track record in raising venture capital. Demonstrated proficiency in strategic financing and debt as well as international finance, acquisition and integration experience (Germany, Switzerland, France, Brazil, Japan, UK and Canada). Roland also successfully sold media production company to major studio.
KEY TEAM MEMBERS
Mick Hoover has over thirty (30) years of engineering experience in a variety of industrial facilities. He has extensive experience designing industrial, food/beverage processing, and pharmaceutical facilities in the specific area of refrigeration using natural and CFC/HCFC’s.He has held a variety of management, operations, and engineering roles within the industrial refrigeration contracting business. Mr. Hoover holds P.E. licenses in multiple states and works very closely with Intercool’s preconstruction and operations teams to satisfy client needs.
Brian joined InterCool in February 2018. Prior to joining InterCool, Brian spent 12 years working for a national, specialty consulting firm performing industrial refrigeration design.His experience includes the design and integration of ammonia, halocarbon, and hydronic systems for food & beverage, dairy, and the cold storage industries. Brian is a critical thinker with the ability to focus on technical details through all aspects of planning, estimating, design, and construction.
Stacy joined InterCool in July 2018 and possesses 20+ years’ experience in Accounting in various industries, with 10+ years in various Senior roles. She is integral to many company-wide initiatives, including the acquisition of Freije-RSC and multiple software implementations. Her ability to improve processes with a profitability focus continues to drive the company toward achieving financial goals. Additionally, Stacy supports InterCool by acting as a company officer and serving as a manager of the LLC.
Scott has twenty-five years of combined experience in the Construction and General Industry sectors. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and specializes in implementing World Class Safety programs to protect our number one asset – the employees. Scott is very excited to be an integral part of this dynamic organization and have the opportunity to work with professionals of this caliber. We all have the same mindset: protect the employee, exceed the customer’s expectations, and be leaders in our industry.
